Asmahan Baihani

Broadcaster Asmahan Baihani was born in Aden in 1945. She joined Aden Radio in 1961, making her one of the pioneers of radio broadcasting in Yemen, along with broadcasters Fawzia Ghanem, Fawzia Omar, and others who were embraced by Aden Radio in the early 1960s.

She presented many distinguished radio programs, the most famous of which was "Ma Yasih Illa Al-Sahih" (Nothing But the Truth). With her sweet voice, she reached the hearts of all, gained great public popularity, and worked with giants of radio broadcasting in Aden, including Nabila Hamood, Salem Al-Abbab, and others.

She passed away in 2008 after a career full of giving, excellence, and leadership.
